Last actualization sucks, it just added more problems. When playing music online, it used to skip to the next song after 3 - 4 songs, then play a couple songs more and stop completely after, then when I awake the phone the music starts playing again on a new song, as if the internet had came back. All this still happens, but now there are graphic glitches, the animation for when a song is playing activates on 2 songs at the same time, the title of songs change, and songs play miss the order that they're supposed to play in. I mean, a company like Apple shouldn't have such big mistakes, on a freaking music player 😑. Very disappointed. While the selection of albums and tracks is good, the playlists could be better. If not for the DIM MAK playlists I would really struggle.
The app itself is very temperamental - the music jumps, cuts off mid track and randomly skips to the next track. Also on finishing a session the app only occasionally remembers when I am up to on a playlist or album which is extremely annoying when I like to continue where I left off. I'm afraid this is a fail by Apple and will be returning to Spotify as soon as my 6 month trial comes to an end. I've been a heavy user of this app and lately I'm about to dump it. Damn near every song freezes about 1:30 into it and it skips on or the songs say no longer available. Not sure what I'm paying for except samples of songs frustration and head aches. When it worked right it was awesome literally couldn't recomend it higher but any more save your money and look elsewhere this is garbage.
I am so close to moving on to another streaming service. Apple has lost me as a life long apple product customer I dropped the phone and ipods and now their streaming service is about to make me a spotify or youtube customer it blows my mind how they have simply broken great products and services. If you have some counter that keeps track then it needs to recognize when someone is having to restart an episode over & over again due to it locking up. I’ve only watched about 12 episodes, but each of them I’ve had to restart an average of 6 times so showbox must think I’ve watched 73 episodes in a 24 hour period. Can I fix this, or is it something you can do.
