Mirc Download Connection Failed

I've had the same problem with Comodo Firewall and mIRC 6.2, and after long struggles I found out that mIRC DCC sends simply don't get through a firewall unless the ports are exactly 1024 - 5000 (naturally in both mIRC and firewall settings). I tried a broad range of ports with even full In/Out TCP & UDP rights to anywhere and any port, and they still wouldn't go through. Then I tried 1024 - 5000, and bam.
